James Cook and Harold Fannin Jr both led their respective teams on offense as the Bills defeated the Browns 23-20 in Week 16.

On a day where Josh Allen laid a fantasy dud, James Cook made sure he showed up for the Bills and fantasy managers. Rushing 16 times for 117 yards and two touchdowns, this was the ninth game of the season in which he recorded more than 100 rushing yards. His day was highlighted by a 44-yard run where he snatched some ankles in the open field on his way to the score. The Bills scored 20 points in the first half and stalled in the second but where able to hold on for the narrow victory.

Fannin led the Browns in receptions and targets for the third straight week and set a team record for the most receptions by a rookie in a season. Sanders found Fannin to open the scoring on a 13-yard play, and later in the game, Fannin showed off his versatility by rushing a carry into the endzone. He has put together a spectacular rookie season and has surged up the tight end rankings. He will be a must-start again in Week 17 as the Browns take on their divisional rivals the Pittsburgh Steelers.
