Coming off of 2 straight losses the Buffalo Bills wanted to return to their dominant selves coming off of the bye. They did just that on the back of RB James Cook and their defense. The reigning MVP in quarterback Josh Allen wasn’t even that big of a factor in the 40-9 win over the hapless Carolina Panthers.

James Cook finished the day as RB2 behind only Jonathan Taylor.  The Buffalo Bills were wise to reward Cook with a contract this offseason despite the hold out. Cook is now 2nd in the league in rushing yards and 4th in rushing TDs. Cook is no slouch in the receiving game either. Cook is a top 5 RB for the rest of the season. His buy low window closed after this week, he is a must start for the rest of the season.
