TreVeyon Henderson‘s 2026 Fantasy Football season debut will have to wait at least a week, as the Patriots have officially ruled him out for tomorrow’s season opener against the Seahawks. Opening the season on Wednesday instead of Sunday made it more of a longshot for TreVeyon to be ready. Rhamondre Stevenson will get the bulk of the work vs the Seahawks and Corey Kiner should mix in a little behind Rhamondre.
TreVeyon Henderson is PlayerProfiler’s RB22 in redraft rankings, while backfield mate Rhamondre Stevenson is PlayerProfiler’s RB29 in redraft rankings – which could rise up if TreVeyon is out a bit longer. It has been 15 days since TreVeyon hurt his ankle and he has not practiced since, so there’s a chance that this was a high ankle sprain – which could keep him out additional weeks. The Patriots have 11 days between their Week 1 and Week 2 contests, so while it will give TreVeyon more time to be ready for Week 2, we’ll have to keep an eye on the practice reports next week to get a better idea of where he stands.
