Seth Henigan Shines in 2025 Senior Bowl with Clutch Performance

Seth Henigan made a statement at the 2025 Senior Bowl, leading the American Team to a 22-19 win with a clutch 12-play, 85-yard drive to seal the victory. Henigan finished 12 of 14 passing for 132 yards and a touchdown, all coming in the second half. His game-winning connection with Jack Bech on a fourth-and-goal showed off his calm under pressure, something scouts are sure to love. Henigan’s performance was a perfect reminder of why he was one of the most consistent quarterbacks in college, delivering in the big moments when it counted.

Henigan might not have the cannon arm some top prospects boast, but his ability to stay cool in critical situations is his bread and butter. His accuracy was solid throughout the week, and he showed off some solid timing in his throws, especially in tight spots. While his pocket awareness and footwork could use some work, his experience and leadership make him a solid Day 3 pick. Henigan’s the type of guy who could develop into a reliable backup with a chance to grow into a steady starter down the line.

Seth Henigan 2025 NFL Draft Prospect

Seth Henigan 2025 NFL Draft Prospect

Seth Henigan had an impressive career at Memphis, finishing as the school’s all-time leader in passing yards (over 14,000) and touchdowns (104). He’s known for staying calm in the pocket, making smart decisions, and hitting his deep throws with great placement. While he’s solid in most areas, his pocket awareness and ability to handle pressure are spots that need some work. His arm is good, but not elite, and he’ll need to be more careful with his throws moving forward.

At the Senior Bowl, Henigan will have a chance to prove he can handle a pro-style offense and improve his velocity and accuracy. Scouts will be watching his ability to stay composed under pressure and clean up his footwork. Though he doesn’t have the physical traits of some other top quarterbacks, Henigan’s experience and steady play make him a Day 3 pick with the potential to develop into a reliable backup or even a starter with some growth.
