Everybody outside of Texas knowns Roshcon Johnson as Bijan Robinsons' backup, but everyone from Texas, knows Roschon Johnson as the lifeblood of the Texas Longhorns football team, and community. Roschon Johnson was recruited as a 4-star dual threat quarterback coming out of Port Neches, Texas. After the 2019 seasons saw Johnson taking just carries out of the backfield, while Sam Ehlinger stood at quarterback, and Texas landing 4-star superstar Hudson Card, it was time for a change. In 2020, Roshcon made the switch to running back full-time, this was during Bijan Robinsons freshman season, and both players quickly overtook Longhorn tailback, Keaontay Ingram. On the surface, a lot of national media don't know who Roschon Johnson is, but Johnson finished with 2,190 rushing yards and 56 receptions in 4 seasons "behind" one of the best running back prospects we have seen in the last 20 years. Roschon would be drafted in the fourth round of the 2023 NFL Draft where he will project to be in a committee with D'Onta Foreman and Khalil Herbert.
