Standing 6'0" and weighing 221 pounds, Martin led the Big 12 with 140 total tackles, including 83 solo stops, and averaged 10.0 tackles per game. His performance earned him First Team All-Big 12 honors from both the coaches and the Associated Press, as well as Fourth Team All-America recognition from Phil Steele. In addition to his tackle prowess, Martin recorded 16.0 tackles for loss and 6.5 sacks, showcasing his ability to disrupt plays behind the line of scrimmage. He also demonstrated versatility with two interceptions, including one in the Big 12 Championship game against Texas.

In 2024, Martin's season was cut short due to a right knee injury sustained in Week 5, limiting him to just five games. Despite the injury, he recorded 47 tackles, 7.5 tackles for loss, and one sack during the season. Over his three-year career at Oklahoma State, Martin accumulated 203 total tackles, 24 tackles for loss, seven sacks, two interceptions, and two forced fumbles. His combination of athleticism, football IQ, and leadership makes him a compelling prospect for NFL teams.
