Miles Frazier Bio

Miles Frazier is an offensive guard for the Detroit Lions, selected in the fifth round (171st overall) of the 2025 NFL Draft. A native of Camden, New Jersey, Frazier began his collegiate career at Florida International University (FIU), earning Freshman All-American honors in 2021. He transferred to Louisiana State University (LSU) in 2022, where he became a three-year starter. Over his career, Frazier played 52 games with 50 starts, showcasing versatility by starting at left tackle, left guard, and right guard. In his final 20 contests at LSU, he did not allow a sack, demonstrating his proficiency in pass protection. Frazier also participated in the 2025 Reese’s Senior Bowl, further highlighting his readiness for the NFL.

Standing 6'5" and weighing 317 pounds, Frazier possesses a powerful frame ideal for interior offensive line play. His aggressive playing style, combined with excellent hand placement and grip strength, allows him to dominate in the run game, particularly in power schemes. Frazier's ability to identify and respond to stunts and blitzes enhances his pass protection skills. However, his lateral agility is limited, making him better suited for gap and inside zone blocking schemes. While he may not start immediately, Frazier's experience and physicality position him as a valuable asset for the Lions' offensive line depth.
