Jayden Higgins, born on January 22, 2003, in Tampa, Florida, is a talented wide receiver from Iowa State University and a notable prospect for the 2025 NFL Draft. Standing 6 feet 4 inches tall and weighing 215 pounds, Higgins began his collegiate career at Eastern Kentucky University, where he recorded 58 receptions for 757 yards and ten touchdowns in his sophomore year. He transferred to Iowa State for his final two seasons, quickly establishing himself as a key player alongside fellow prospect Jaylin Noel. In his senior year, Higgins achieved five 100-yard receiving games, with a personal best of 214 yards on nine receptions at the 2023 Liberty Bowl.

Higgins' exceptional route-running skills have garnered significant attention, leading to his participation in the 2025 Senior Bowl, where he showcased his abilities against top-tier competition. Pro Football Focus highlighted Higgins as one of the highest-graded receivers in the draft class, particularly excelling against single coverage. His performance has attracted interest from several NFL teams; the Carolina Panthers, for instance, selected him in the third round (No. 88 overall) in their 2025 mock draft to bolster their receiving corps.
