Aiden Fisher is an American college football linebacker and 2026 NFL Draft prospect currently starring for the Indiana University Hoosiers. A native of Fredericksburg, Virginia, he began his collegiate career at James Madison University, where he developed into one of the most productive defenders on the team. Over two seasons with the Dukes, Fisher appeared in 23 games, notched more than 100 tackles, and earned third-team All-Sun Belt honors in 2023. After entering the transfer portal, he moved to Indiana ahead of the 2024 season and quickly became a cornerstone of the Hoosiers’ defense, leading the team in tackles and earning first-team All-Big Ten and first-team All-America recognition. He also played a key role in Indiana’s 2026 College Football Playoff National Championship victory with several tackles and a sack in the title game.
Listed at 6-1 and 231 pounds, Fisher is known for his physicality, instincts, and ability to make plays against both the run and in pass coverage. His combination of production, leadership, and consistent high-level play in the Big Ten has drawn attention from NFL scouts as he prepares for the 2026 NFL Draft. While regarded as slightly undersized for traditional off-ball linebacker roles, Fisher’s tackling efficiency, sideline-to-sideline range, and special teams potential make him a versatile defensive option at the next level.
