Bub Means Will Begin Saints Training Camp on the Non-Football Injury List
1 week ago

No one knows what it Means, but its provocative.

Fifth round rookie wide receiver Bub Means is beginning Saints training camp on the non-football injury list. The injury is not deemed serious. Means will have to pass a conditioning test prior to being activated for Saints training camp. Of note is that players do not start drawing their salary until they are activated from the NFI list.

The rookie from Pittsburgh runs a 4.43 40-yard dash and his athleticism score of 105.7 is 8th for the 2024 class of wide receivers. Once active in training camp, Bub Means will look to compete for the third wide receiver spot behind Chris Olave and Rashid Shaheed. Means won’t have it easy as A.T. Perry has garnered late-round hype for the third wide receiver spot on the Saints. You can draft Bub Means as a late round dart throw on UnderDog in the 18th round.

Dennis Allen Finds Another Player That Needs Improvement
1 month ago

In what is becoming a successive theme, Saints head coach Dennis Allen laments that wide receiver A.T. Perry is in need of improving his consistency on the football field.

Saints head coach Dennis Allen has been ever consistent when giving feedback on his players. Most recently, coach Allen spoke to the fact that wide receiver A.T. Perry has a long way to go and has shown signs of inconsistency. The praise involved Allen highlighting Perry’s ability as a playmaker and tremendous talent.

It is very difficult to decipher what players are doing poorly for the Saints as Dennis Allen’s critique’s of players usually end up with a backhanded comment towards needing to improve. As a pattern, we can see that not all criticisms doled out by Allen can be considered detrimental to a player’s outlook. With this in mind, it is also worth monitoring Perry’s progress reports when training camp begins.

With A.T. Perry being drafted on UnderDog Best Ball in round 18, he is best drafted to go along with Saints stacks and builds that work towards correlating with Saints opponents come the fantasy playoffs. From week 15-17, the Saints play the Washington Commanders, Green Bay Packers, and Las Vegas Raiders.
