As we head into 2025, Ricky Pearsall is shaping up to be one of the most exciting sleeper picks in fantasy football. With Deebo Samuel potentially leaving and Brandon Aiyuk recovering from an ACL injury, the 49ers’ receiving corps is wide open. Pearsall had a rough rookie year due to a gunshot wound but showed real promise when he got his shot. Over the final two weeks of the season, he was targeted 18 times, hauling in 14 catches for 210 yards and 2 touchdowns—proving he’s ready to take on a bigger role.

Given the uncertainty around Samuel and Aiyuk, Pearsall could be in line to step up as a starter in 2025.
