After a triumphant home win against the Bills, the Broncos will be without quarterback Bo Nix for the AFC Championship game.
The Broncos defeated the Buffalo Bills in a dramatic battle that went to overtime. A jubilant 33-30 victory to send the Broncos to the AFC Championship game has been met with the bad news that starting quarterback Bo Nix broke a bone in his ankle.
Nix will miss the rest of the playoffs. Sean Payton spoke of having faith in Jarrett Stidham as the next man up. While the strength of the Broncos has been their defense, losing Nix is less than optimal. Broncos fans will be torn between needing just 2 more wins to managing feelings of the cruelty to lose their quarterback so close to the proverbial mountaintop.
Bo Nix is PlayerProfiler’s 12th ranked quarterback in dynasty. All signs point to him returning by week 1 of the 2026 season. Dynasty managers would be wise to check in on a trade to acquire Nix in superflex leagues.
