Wide receiver Robbie Chosen has signed a one-year deal with the 49ers.  Chosen is now on the wrong side of his playing career at the age of 32.  The 49ers have signed Chosen, then released fellow wide receiver Marquez Callaway.  Chosen appeared in two games last season for the Miami Dolphins where he had only one catch for 5 yards.

Chosen has had only a couple of fantasy relevant years when he was on the New York Jets.  In 2017 he gave up a WR 18 finish, he also gave us a WR 19 finish in 2020, during his first year on Carolina Panthers.  That season he had his only 1,000-yard season ever.  Chosen has been far from fantasy relevance since that 2020 season.  He joins a crowed wide receiver room in San Francisco, which he will have an uphill battle.
