What a weekend! The NFL Draft was not great for all of the fantasy managers out there, but our PlayerProfiler draft coverage was fantastic. You can re-live all the deep analysis and reactions to every pick starting right here on Day 1 in Pittsburgh.
With the completion of the actual NFL draft, it is now time for dynasty league rookie drafts to start popping off. Regardless of how excited we will be to make the selections, there will be 48 or more rookies added to our leagues. It is time to start prepping to trade all our ’26 picks for ’27 picks. Just kidding, no one in your league will want to move their ’27 draft picks in a loaded class for… whatever this is. With that being said, all that remains is to dive into a two-round superflex rookie mock!
Note: In addition to their position in this mock draft, the selections at which they came off the board in Pittsburgh, PA, are in (parentheses).

Kiwoom’s First Superflex Rookie Mock (Post NFL Draft)
Round 1
1.01 Jeremiyah Love, RB (ARZ, 1.03)
Despite the logjam at running back for the Cardinals, Jeremiyah Love is the best fantasy player in the class. Backs that get this kind of draft capital (dc), hit more than any other rookie when it comes to fantasy football production.
1.02 Fernando Mendoza, QB (LVR, 1.01)
In superflex, it is way too difficult to pass on a quarterback that goes first overall.
1.03 Carnell Tate, WR (TEN, 1.04)
Carnell Tate gets picked inside the top 5 to be the number one option for Cam Ward. As long as he sees 85+ targets, Tate will be a fantasy starter.
1.04 Jordyn Tyson, WR (NO, 1.08)
Chris Olave caught 25% of the Saints’ receptions so the front office invested a top ten pick to bring in Jordyn Tyson. Even as a second option, Tyson will eat in an offense that will have some of the most hype surrounding it heading into 2026.
1.05 KC Concepcion, WR (CLV, 1.24)
Regardless of who wins the quarterback gig, KC Concepcion has the archetype (regardless of how you pronounce that word) and the talent to earn the most targets on the Browns.
1.06 Jadarian Price, RB (SEA, 1.32)
It doesn’t matter if I don’t necessarily like the prospect profile of Jadarian Price; the draft capital speaks for itself. If the Super Bowl champs dubbed Price as a first-round talent, who am I to resist a billion-dollar enterprise?
1.07 Makai Lemon, WR (PHI, 1.20)
All signs are pointing to AJ Brown being traded post-June 1, and with that being the most likely case, Makai Lemon going in round one makes a ton of sense.
1.08 Ty Simpson, QB (LAR, 1.13)
The fantasy world wants every quarterback project to head to LA to play for Sean McVay. Now that one does, and the team uses a top-15 pick to make it happen, let’s not overthink the pick.
1.09 Nicholas Singleton, RB (TEN, 4.25)
The biggest reach in round one is none other than Nicholas Singleton. But this landing spot is too juicy, and his skill set is good to pass here. The “get your guy” season is going to start early in rookie drafts this year.
1.10 Omar Cooper Jr., WR (NYJ, 1.30)
Omar Cooper Jr. is a super risky selection in the first round of rookie picks, but Geno Smith can support multiple pass catchers. If the Jets felt the need to move back into round one for Cooper, then the hope is that they will utilize him enough to make the tenth pick worth using.
1.11 Kenyon Sadiq, TE (NYJ, 1.16)
Copy and paste the logic for Cooper to Kenyon Sadiq, except they used a top-20 pick on the hyper-athletic tight end prospect.
1.12 Denzel Boston, WR (CLE, 2.07)
Rarely can fantasy managers get excited about the second receiver taken in the draft, but Denzel Boston‘s skill set complements Concepcion’s very well. He will not need to lead the team in targets to be fantasy relevant.
Looking Ahead to Round 2
2.01 – TE, Eli Stowers, PHI (2.22)
2.02 – WR, Antonio Williams, WSH (3.07)
2.03 – RB, Jonah Coleman, DEN (4.08)
2.04 – WR, Zachariah Branch, ATL (3.15)
2.05 – WR, Chris Bell, MIA (3.30)
2.06 – WR, Ted Hurst, TB (3.20)
2.07 – RB, Kaytron Allen, WSH (6.06)
2.08 – RB, Emmett Johnson, KC (5.21)
2.09 – WR, Malachi Fields, NYG (3.10)
2.10 – QB, Drew Allar, PIT (3.12)
2.11 – QB, Carson Beck, (3.01)
2.12 – WR, De’Zhaun Stribling, SF (2.01)
Senior Bowl…check, NFL combine…check, NFL Draft…check. Now it is time to use all this information to dominate your rookie drafts. Anyone who needs a running back will have a handful of options to target in Round 1, but it’s the teams that are looking to add pass catchers who will be the managers most aggressive in adding and using 2026 picks.
I can’t say that the NFL Draft added much value to fantasy leagues, but we all knew it was going to be a rough one. Regardless of hype, some of these rookies will have a big impact on our squads, and now is the time to find the right ones.
