Texans quarterback C.J. Stroud will miss his second straight game, backup quarterback Davis Mills will make another start in week eleven against the Tennessee Titans. Last week Mills led a 26 point comeback in the fourth quarter.

Mills threw two touchdown passes and ran for a score. He also kept Nico Collins, seven catches for 136 yards, and Dalton Shultz, seven catches 53 yards and a score, fantasy relevant. Tennessee is not an imposing matchup and Mills has proven he can not only be a solid fantasy option himself but can also support multiple Houston pass catchers.
