The Patriots quarterback Drake Maye finished the day 14-17 for 203 passing yards and 2 passing touchdowns, along with a rushing touchdown. Maye had some help from his special teams as Marcus Jones returned a punt 87 yards to the house and another huge return gave a short field for the offense. Rookie running back TreVeyon Henderson and running back Antonio Gibson each added a rushing touchdown also.

The Panthers had a massive let down this week after shutting out the Atlanta Falcons last week. Bryce Young didnt have any interception but he could not connect on a bunch of plays with players who were open. Young finished the day with 18 completions on 30 attempts for 150 yards and 1 touchdown. The lone touchdown from Young went to 2nd string tight end Tommy Tremble. Kicker Ryan Fitzgerald missed the PAT and came up hilariously short on a 55 yard field goal.

Drake Maye is top 10 quarterback in fantasy due to his dual ability to run and throw, he is currently QB6 on the season averaging 21.1 points per game. Maye’s most consistent target is tight end Hunter Henry who TE3 so far with 13.8 points per game. Both players are must starts every week. As for the running backs, the Patriots are a 3 back committee making it hard to rely on a certain player but rookie TreVeyon Henderson is starting to earn more playing time and looking like the most explosive player.

As for the Panthers, rookie wide receiver Tetairoa McMillan is the only player worth starting in fantasy as he has a 24.3% target share. The touchdowns will come and he will be even more attractive start down the road. The running game is split between Chuba Hubbard and Rico Dowdle with neither player being good enough to reliably start.
