The Tennessee Titans finished a disappointing season, finishing 3-14 and looking like they have more questions than answers in the building in Nashville.  Ran Carthon was relieved of his duties as general manager and the opening will attract quite a bit of attention with the franchise holding the number 1 pick in the 2025 NFL draft.

The search for a general manager will also hinge on that GM’s plans for the #1 pick, some names that have been tossed out are current ESPN analyst Louis Riddick, and former Falcons GM Thomas Dimitroff.

Many questions surround a franchise that will have the #1 overall pick and a philosophical front office identity question, do you draft for need, or do you draft for talent?
