Braden Fiske is one of the better Defense of Lineman of this year’s draft and played at Western Michigan in 2018, where he was a redshirt freshman. He continued to play for Western Michigan through the 2022 season, before transferring to Florida State.
Fiske made a big impact with Florida State, which led to an undefeated regular season in 2023-2024. He started 13 games for the Seminoles and finished Third-Team All-American and Second-Team All-ACC with 43 tackles, 9 tackles for loss, and 6 sacks on the season.
At the NFL Combine Fiske measured in at 6’4″ and 292 pounds. With his size and strength, he ran a 4.78 40-yard dash and pushed through 26 reps on the bench press. Also, at the Combine he showed his athleticism with a 33.5″ vertical and a broad jump of 9’9″. This shows why the Rams drafted him with the 39th overall pick. Look for him to help replace the lost of Aaron Donald due to retirement.
