Todd Monken’s schematic wrinkles using motion and misdirection have been on display during offseason practices, but target volume distribution remains the critical equation for this offense. Denzel Boston commanded an impressive 26.5-percent college Target Share and sophomore tight end Harold Fannin Jr. was last year’s target leader. Designed touches for Concepcion ensures that the first-rounder will not be marginalized in Year 1.
If Concepcion can transcend a few engineered touches per game and leverage his dynamic skill set, he can be a useful flex option in year one. However, Concepcion offers maximum utility teams aspiring to compete for a league championship in 2027 in fantasy football dynasty league formats.
Jerry Jeudy sat out the Browns’ final mandatory minicamp practice after he “felt something in his hamstring,” lowering his chances of improving upon his underwhelming 602 receiving yards from last season. Cleveland’s coaching staff does not grant veterans rest days, meaning this caution confirms a real injury concern just as training camp approaches.
Meanwhile, first-round rookie KC Concepcion and second-round pick Denzel Boston, who commands a strong 26.5% college target share, are capitalizing on the vacated reps by running with the first-team offense. Daniel Oyefusi from ESPN also reported Boston “has been one of the Browns’ standouts this summer.” Jeudy is an afterthought in all formats and Concepcion, Boston, and even Isaiah Bond are surging up fantasy football best ball and dynasty league draft boards.

The Cleveland Browns still have Jerry Jeudy posted up as their WR1 on the depth chart, but this team is completely devoid of proven stud wide receivers. Bond faces an uphill battle for targets, as first-round selection KC Concepcion and fellow rookie Denzel Boston are still projected to start in three-wide receiver sets with Jeudy, and Cleveland projects to be a low-volume offense with a WR room in transition. Given Bond’s impressive college talent profile, he is now an intriguing dynasty stash and deep best ball selection while Cleveland coaches establish their base offensive rotation.
Isaiah Bond won’t be charged with the sexual assault allegations levied against him. The 21-year-old speedster has maintained his innocence and is signing with the Cleveland Browns. Bond projects as an outside receiver with good speed and play-making ability.
The Browns are as good a landing spot as any for Bond to try and push for fantasy relevance. Jerry Jeudy and Cedric Tillman sit atop the depth chart, but Bond will compete with the likes of Diontae Johnson and Jamari Trash for a depth role. The Browns’ offense should be somewhat capable, assuming Joe Flacco is behind center. Bond is worth monitoring as a deep flyer in dynasty formats.

Crazy day in the Dawg Pound! Almost immediately after the Browns’ second-round pick Quinshon Judkins was cleared of domestic violence charges, former Texas rookie receiver Isaiah Bond announced his intention to sign in Cleveland, as well. What’s crazy is Bond was also just cleared of sexual assault charges. He was considered a first-round pick in the 2025 NFL Draft before the allegations led to him going undrafted. Bond did not have the college production that warrants a first-round pick, but his raw athleticism and speed are traits that NFL teams covet.
If Isaiah Bond does sign with the Browns (the team has made no comments publicly), it is a smart move, as he has a chance to crack the receiver rotation for Cleveland in 2025. Bond is likely free in every fantasy format, though dynasty players need to spend a large amount of their FAAB on him. If you’ve drafted already, you need to claim him. It may take a while for Shedeur Sanders and his upside to crack the lineup, but once he does, this Browns offense should be very dangerous.
