Last season, we deployed the Injury Finder app: www.playerprofiler.com/article/the-injury-finder-has-arrived, developed The EDGE betting intelligence service: https://edge.playerprofiler.com, rolled out our free Discord Channel (approaching 2000 members): www.discord.gg/playerprofiler, created a new Live Offers section to help you take advantage of fantasy and betting promotions: www.playerprofiler.com/offers, designed a new Next Game panel with key match-up and betting data, and launched numerous new streams and podcasts from the PlayerProfiler Today daily streaming show to The Dominator high stakes fantasy podcast to The Juice betting show to our Trade Gods dynasty stream.
If last year was about new frontiers, 2023 will be back to basics. We recently added engineers and analysts to focus exclusively on fantasy football tools and information this year.
Looking ahead, 2023 features our most ambitious product and content roadmap ever:
* Billy Muzio, a top-rated fantasy expert per FantasyPros the last couple years, will be a featured presence on the site, overseeing our rankings and projections as well as publishing cheat sheets for numerous formats.
* Complete renovation of Data Analysis will include: a faster, easier user experience, preloaded Popular Reports on usage, efficiency, prospect profiles and more, Your Saved Reports, and new filter and sort options.
* New Team Profiles will feature Advanced opportunity, productivity, and efficiency stats by team, offensive line metrics, zone vs. man tendencies, formation tendencies, a week-by-week grid of fantasy finishes by position, depth charts, and coaches.
* Mock Draft Simulator – The Draft Kit will feature a tool allowing users to select a league format and ADP source to simulate drafting from various draft slots.
* Start/Sit Tool – Our Player Rankings will allow users to enter multiple players to compare both median projections and upside projects each week.
* Dynasty Rebuild vs. Win Now – Our Head of Analytics, Dario Offstein, is adding two modes to our lifetime value ratings will have two modes: Rebuild and Win Now to help dynasty leaguers mine value based on their preferred team building strategy.
* New NFL Draft Section – We will be moving our Mock Draft Index as well as Cody Carpentier’s Mock Drafts and Big Board to a dedicated NFL Draft content section.
* News Desk – After successfully piloting a player news and injury update service on our Twitter feed (@RotoUnderworld), PlayerProfiler Today host Jack Cavanagh will be spearheading a new initiative to add real-time player news to player pages and eventually roll out a PlayerProfiler News & Analysis mobile app.
* Contracts – Our “Salary Captain” Aaron Stewart will be in charge of bringing contract info to both player pages and team pages.
* ADP Graphs – We will be dramatically enhancing our ADP graphs allowing users to toggle between best ball, dynasty, and seasonal format as well as time scale: 2 weeks, 6 months, etc.
* The Athleticism Score will return as our proprietary size-adjusted athleticism metric and be featured on all prospect pages.
