Romello Brinson Bio

Romello Brinson is a wide receiver and 2026 NFL Draft prospect who played college football for the Florida Gators. A native of Belle Glade, Florida, Brinson attended Glades Central High School, a program with a strong tradition of producing NFL talent, where he developed into one of the top receiver prospects in the state and earned recruiting attention from multiple Power Five programs before committing to Florida. He joined the Gators and worked his way into the receiving rotation over multiple seasons, contributing in the SEC passing game and developing as a route runner and contested-catch specialist. Brinson accumulated consistent production across his collegiate career with the Gators, appearing in dozens of games and posting career totals across multiple receiving seasons in one of the most competitive conferences in college football.

Standing approximately 6 feet 2 inches tall and weighing around 200 pounds, Brinson is known for his physicality at the catch point, his ability to compete for the football in traffic, and his willingness to work across the middle of the field. His size and athleticism give him the physical tools to project as a developmental outside or slot receiver at the next level, and his SEC experience against high-level cornerback competition serves as a positive data point for NFL evaluators assessing his readiness. Brinson enters the 2026 NFL Draft as a priority free agent or late-round candidate with the athletic profile and power to compete for a roster spot on the strength of his contested-catch ability, blocking effort on the perimeter, and experience accumulating yards in demanding conference play.
