De'Zhaun Stribling Bio

De'Zhaun Stribling is a wide receiver and 2026 NFL Draft prospect who finished his collegiate career at Ole Miss after previous stops at Washington State and Oklahoma State. A native of Kapolei, Hawaii, Stribling was a three-star recruit in the 2021 class who chose the Cougars over Hawaii, San Diego State and Wake Forest. He was immediately productive at Washington State, hauling in 44 catches for 471 yards and five touchdowns as a redshirt freshman in 2021, then adding 51 receptions for 602 yards and five scores in 2022. After two productive seasons he transferred to Oklahoma State, where a season-ending hand injury in his fourth game limited him to 14 catches in 2023 before he returned the following year for his most prolific season with 52 catches for 882 yards and six touchdowns. He transferred to Ole Miss for his final season in 2025 and continued to produce in the SEC, catching 55 passes for 811 yards and six touchdowns across 15 games while leading the Rebels to a CFP quarterfinal run. He finished his career with 136 receptions for 2,764 yards and 23 touchdowns across four programs.

Measured at 6-foot-2 and 207 pounds with a 4.36-second 40-yard dash at the NFL Scouting Combine, the seventh fastest among wide receivers at his weight class, Stribling is a physically imposing outside receiver whose testing numbers at the Combine significantly boosted his draft stock by confirming the speed that shows up on tape as build-up rather than initial burst. He glides into routes with smooth striding ability that allows him to stack defenders down the field once he gets into a full sprint, and his body control at the catch point is a genuine strength with reliable hands and the ability to adjust to throws away from his frame in contested situations. His experience as a physical run blocker is a genuine plus in the modern NFL, where teams increasingly value receivers willing to engage in the run game. The development concerns center on his limited initial burst and hip flexibility at the top of routes, which allows press corners to disrupt his releases before he gets into his build-up speed, and a route tree that leans toward intermediate and vertical concepts rather than a full inventory of separation routes. His 24-year-old age by draft day also compresses his developmental window relative to younger prospects. Most evaluations project him as a Day Two to early Day Three selection with red zone and outside receiver upside in an offense that uses his size and speed combination as a vertical threat.
