Chase Bisontis is a guard and 2026 NFL Draft prospect who played three seasons at Texas A&M. A native of Ramsey, New Jersey, Bisontis was a consensus four-star recruit and the top-rated player in his state in the 2023 class, choosing the Aggies over Alabama, Ohio State, Notre Dame, Penn State, and others. He started immediately as a true freshman in 2023, lining up at right tackle for all 12 games and earning SEC All-Freshman Team and ESPN Freshman All-American recognition. He briefly entered the transfer portal before withdrawing his name and transitioning inside to left guard, where he started 10 games in 2024 before a lower-leg injury cost him three contests. He returned healthy in 2025 and started all 13 games at left guard, earning third-team All-SEC honors and helping anchor an Aggies offense that ranked among the SEC leaders in rushing production. He declared for the draft with one year of eligibility remaining.
Standing approximately 6 feet 5 inches and 315 pounds, Bisontis is a physically imposing guard whose combination of natural power, quick feet, and aggressive playing temperament has drawn strong pre-draft interest. He generates violent displacement in the run game with active leg drive and a finishing mentality that forces defenders backward through the whistle, and his lateral movement allows him to execute combo blocks, pull assignments, and reach blocks in a variety of zone and gap concepts. His arm length is considered shorter than ideal for his frame, which can allow longer interior rushers to get into his chest, and his penalty rate has climbed since his freshman season as his aggressiveness sometimes leads him out of his stance or into positioning errors. NFL teams project him as a Day 2 selection with immediate starter potential at guard and scheme versatility that suits both zone and gap-heavy offenses.
