Carver Willis Bio

Carver Willis

Carver Willis is an offensive lineman and 2026 NFL Draft prospect who finished his collegiate career with the Washington Huskies after spending five seasons at Kansas State. A native of Llano, Texas, who was raised in Durango, Colorado, Willis attended high school locally and was rated a three-star recruit in the 2020 class before committing to Kansas State. Over five seasons with the Wildcats he appeared in 35 games with 18 starts, including 11 starts at right tackle in 2024 when he was a team captain and helped Kansas State set school records in rushing yards per carry and offensive yards per play while earning Honorable Mention All-Big 12 honors from the coaches. He transferred to Washington ahead of the 2025 season, where he won the starting left tackle job and started 10 of the games he played in before an injury forced him to miss three contests. He earned Honorable Mention All-Big Ten recognition from both coaches and media and won Washington's John P. Angel Offensive Lineman of the Year Award before earning an invitation to the 2026 Panini Senior Bowl, where he drew praise for his technique when working at guard.

Standing 6-foot-5 and 312 pounds, Willis is known for a quick first step out of his stance, controlled hands with tight elbows, consistent leverage and proper blocking angles on zone concepts, and a high motor that keeps him working through the whistle on every rep. His combination of 28 career starts across two Power Five programs, versatility demonstrated by starting at both right and left tackle and working at guard at the Senior Bowl, and the technical soundness developed over six college seasons project him as a developmental interior offensive lineman with the experience, football IQ, and effort to compete for a starting spot at guard at the next level.
