Camden Brown Bio

Camden Brown is a wide receiver and 2026 NFL Draft prospect who finished his collegiate career at Georgia Southern after three seasons at Auburn. A native of Monroe, Louisiana, Brown was a three-star recruit out of Fort Lauderdale, Florida, with Power Five offers from South Carolina and Florida State before choosing Auburn, where he played in the SEC from 2022 through 2024 but was never able to secure consistent playing time, totaling 26 receptions for 289 yards and three touchdowns across 28 appearances for the Tigers. He entered the transfer portal and landed at Georgia Southern for his final season of eligibility, where he emerged as one of the most prolific touchdown scorers in the country. In 2025 he caught 65 receptions for 1,079 yards and led the NCAA with 14 receiving touchdowns, earning his first real opportunity as a featured receiver in a college offense and accepting an invitation to the Hula Bowl.

Measured at approximately 6-foot-2 and 200 pounds, Brown is a physical, long-framed boundary receiver who adjusts well to the football in the air, uses his body effectively to box out defenders on fade routes and back-shoulder throws, and brings natural athleticism that drew legitimate SEC recruiting interest out of the state of Florida. He also competes in track, which underlines the athletic base that evaluators hope to see translate with coaching at the next level. His limitations are significant, however, centered on the Sun Belt level of competition he dominated, his inability to consistently produce at Auburn over three seasons despite the talent to earn scholarship offers from Power Five programs, and questions about his route precision and separation ability against NFL-caliber corners. Brown projects as a late Day 3 or priority undrafted free agent candidate whose touchdown instincts and physical catch-point skills could earn him a practice squad opportunity.
