Brendan Sorsby is a quarterback and 2026 NFL Draft prospect who played his collegiate career at Indiana University and the University of Cincinnati. A native of Denton, Texas, Sorsby was a two-star recruit who began his college career at Indiana, redshirting in 2022 before making seven starts as a redshirt freshman in 2023 and throwing for 1,587 yards and 15 touchdowns with five interceptions. Following a coaching change that brought in Curt Cignetti at Indiana, Sorsby entered the transfer portal and joined Cincinnati, where he blossomed into one of the Big 12's most productive dual-threat quarterbacks. In 2024 he threw for 2,813 yards and 18 touchdowns while rushing for 447 yards and nine scores, becoming the only FBS quarterback that season to post both a 425-yard passing game and a 125-yard rushing performance.
