Dametrious Crownover is an offensive tackle and 2026 NFL Draft prospect who spent his entire five-year career with the Texas A&M Aggies. A native of Grandview, Texas, Crownover attended Grandview High School, where he was a two-sport standout in football and basketball, and was rated a four-star prospect by ESPN and a three-star by 247Sports and Rivals before committing to Texas A&M as a tight end in the 2021 class. He transitioned to the offensive line during his redshirt year in 2021 and worked his way from a reserve into a starter, appearing in eight games in 2022 before earning his first meaningful starts in 2023. He locked down the starting right tackle position for all 13 games in 2024 and anchored an Aggie rushing attack that ranked 26th nationally and second in the SEC at 195.5 yards per game, before returning for a fifth season in 2025 and starting every game again. He was invited to the 2026 Panini Senior Bowl and finished his career with 47 total game appearances and nearly 1,900 blocking snaps at the position.
Standing 6-foot-7 and 336 pounds, Crownover is one of the largest offensive tackles in this draft class and is known for a wide frame that can smother speed rushers with length, a physical and aggressive finish at the point of attack on running plays, and the conversion background of a former tight end that gives him natural athleticism for his size. NFL evaluators project him as a developmental right tackle or potential swing lineman whose elite size and run-blocking physicality give him a path to a roster spot, though he will need to improve his pass protection technique, pad level consistency, and penalty discipline to earn consistent playing time at the next level.
