Kage Casey is an offensive tackle and 2026 NFL Draft prospect who played his entire collegiate career with the Boise State Broncos. A native of Happy Valley, Oregon, Casey attended Clackamas High School, where he played both ways for a team that finished 10-2 and reached the second round of Oregon's 6A playoffs, and was rated a three-star recruit in the 2022 class before committing to Boise State over an offer from Oregon State. After redshirting in 2022 and seeing limited action as a freshman, he seized the starting left tackle job in 2023 and never relinquished it, earning Second Team All-Mountain West honors that year by anchoring a line that allowed only 1.14 sacks per game. In 2024 he elevated his game to earn First Team All-Mountain West recognition with a 87.0 PFF pass blocking grade, the seventh-best nationally among qualifiers, while not allowing a sack in 440 pass protection opportunities as Boise State ranked among the nation's top 10 in rushing and total offense. He returned for his junior season in 2025 despite significant NFL interest, earning another First Team All-Mountain West nod and an invitation to the 2026 Panini Senior Bowl, finishing his career with 41 consecutive starts.
Standing 6-foot-5 and 311 pounds, Casey is known for excellent processing skills, firm and square pass protection fundamentals, very good play strength, and the technical proficiency to remain on time and in position against a wide variety of pass rushers. His combination of back-to-back First Team All-Mountain West seasons, elite pass blocking efficiency, and a polished technical foundation developed over three full starting seasons project him as an offensive tackle with starting upside at the next level, with NFL evaluators noting his ability to protect the blind side in both pass and run blocking schemes and his versatility to potentially kick inside to guard.
