Jeremiah Wright is an offensive lineman and 2026 NFL Draft prospect who played his entire six-year career with the Auburn Tigers. A native of Selma, Alabama, Wright attended Selma High School, where he played both offensive and defensive tackle and was rated a three-star recruit by most services with ESPN ranking him No. 13 nationally at his position, before committing to Auburn in the 2020 class over offers from Georgia, Georgia Tech, Tennessee, and Ole Miss. His path through the Auburn program was one of the most winding in recent memory, bouncing between the offensive and defensive lines twice, missing the entire 2021 season after tearing his ACL in spring camp, and not earning his first career start until 2022. He finally settled in as the starting right guard in 2024 and never let go, stringing together 24 consecutive starts across the 2024 and 2025 campaigns while appearing in 53 total games, leading the team with 33 knockdown blocks in his final season and earning game captain honors against Missouri and Arkansas.
Standing 6-foot-5 and 331 pounds, Wright is known for a wrecking-ball physical style, powerful hands, and a mean streak in the run game that allows him to bury defenders on double teams and create movement in gap and power blocking schemes. He earned the 2024 Ken Rice Award as Auburn's best blocking lineman and graded out above 90 percent in five games during his final season, and NFL evaluators project him as a developmental interior offensive lineman whose size, power, and two full seasons of SEC starting experience at right guard give him a realistic path to contributing as a reserve or eventual spot starter in the NFL.
