Beau Stephens is an offensive lineman and 2026 NFL Draft prospect who played his entire collegiate career with the Iowa Hawkeyes. A native of Blue Springs, Missouri, Stephens attended Blue Springs High School, where he was a five-year letterman, team captain from his sophomore year on, and a two-way lineman who also competed in basketball and wrestling, earning First Team All-Conference honors on both sides of the ball as a senior. He was rated a four-star recruit by 247Sports and Rivals in the 2021 class and joined Iowa, where after redshirting in 2021 he started 10 games at right guard in 2022, suffered a season-ending injury in 2023, and earned the team's Comeback Player of the Year award after returning for 12 starts at left guard in 2024. His senior season in 2025 was the best of his career, starting all 13 games, earning first-team AP All-American and first-team All-Big Ten honors, finishing as the highest-graded guard at a power conference by PFF, and helping Iowa's offensive line win the Joe Moore Award.
Measuring 6-foot-5 and 315 pounds, Stephens is known for violent intent at the point of attack on combination blocks, a sturdy natural anchor that rarely allows pressure through the middle of his frame, and elite assignment consistency that produced zero sacks allowed in his final two seasons combined. He was invited to the 2026 Panini Senior Bowl and projects as a starting interior offensive lineman with the experience, physicality, and technique to contribute at either guard spot in the NFL.
