Dean Connors is six foot tall and 206 pounds. He will be a third down specialist in the NFL with his receiving ability. He has a one cut running style with some impressive power for his size. Power is not his true game, he has good agility as he avoided open field tackles on two receptions in the Shrine Bowl game.
PFF has Connors as player 245 which puts him in the seventh round range. His showing in the Shrine Bowl has a chance to significantly improve his draft stock to potentially the fifth round. Running backs with receiving ability have a chance to stay in the league longer than backs with no receiving ability.
