Germie Bernard is a wide receiver and 2026 NFL Draft prospect who finished his collegiate career at the University of Alabama after previous stops at Michigan State and Washington. A native of Las Vegas, Nevada, Bernard was a four-star recruit in the 2022 class who signed with Michigan State and caught seven passes for 128 yards and two touchdowns in his freshman season. He transferred to Washington in 2023, where he served as a rotational piece on a national championship finalist team, recording 34 catches for 419 yards. When offensive coordinator Ryan Grubb departed for Alabama following that season, Bernard followed, choosing to reunite with a staff that had utilized him effectively. His 2025 season was his best, as he again paced Alabama's receiving corps with 64 catches for 862 yards and seven touchdowns, adding 18 carries for 101 rushing yards and two scores and earning Biletnikoff Award semifinalist recognition. He declared for the 2026 NFL Draft in January 2026 with career totals of 155 receptions for 2,203 yards and 18 combined touchdowns across three programs.

He is one of the most reliable hands-catchers in the class, with just four charted drops on 232 career targets, and his positional flexibility allows him to line up at every receiver spot as well as in the backfield, making him a useful chess piece for creative offensive play-callers. His lack of top-end speed is a legitimate limitation that will likely restrict him to two-level production at the next level.
