Kenyon Sadiq Bio

Kenyon Sadiq is a tight end and 2026 NFL Draft prospect who declared after his junior season at the University of Oregon, forgoing his final year of eligibility to enter the draft as the consensus top tight end in his class. A native of Idaho Falls, Idaho, Sadiq was a consensus four-star recruit from Skyline High School, where he was named MaxPreps Idaho High School Football Player of the Year and back-to-back All-Idaho Player of the Year in a dominant prep career that included three straight state championships. He joined Oregon in 2023 and contributed in a supporting role before taking over as the Ducks' starting tight end in 2025, posting 51 receptions for 560 yards and eight touchdowns to lead all FBS tight ends in scoring catches, earning All-Big Ten recognition, and helping Oregon earn a College Football Playoff berth. He accumulated 80 catches for 892 yards and 11 touchdowns across three seasons in Eugene.

Standing 6 feet 3 inches and approximately 241 pounds with a physique built in the Oregon strength program, Sadiq shattered the NFL Scouting Combine record for the fastest 40-yard dash ever recorded by a tight end with a 4.39, and paired that with a 43.5-inch vertical and an 11-foot-1 broad jump that placed him in elite company regardless of position. His combination of burst, speed, and explosion gives NFL teams a receiver they can deploy anywhere on the field, and his instincts in the open field, ability to separate against linebackers, and comfort running all three levels of routes give offensive coordinators a genuine chess piece. The areas requiring development include blocking technique, where he tends to get grabby and lose leverage, and route running nuance, as he currently wins more through athleticism than craft. At just 20 years old at the end of his final college season, his age and upside have helped project him as a late first-round selection with Pro Bowl potential at the next level.
