Caleb Rogers is a 6'5", 310-pound offensive lineman from Mansfield, Texas, who played for the Texas Tech Red Raiders. Over his collegiate career, Rogers demonstrated exceptional durability and versatility, starting in 55 consecutive games from the end of his true freshman season in 2020 through his final year in 2024. He played in 61 career games, leading the Red Raiders to four consecutive bowl appearances, the first such stretch since 2000–2010. In his senior season, Rogers started all 13 games, primarily at right tackle, but also contributed at left guard and right guard. He was honored as an honorable mention All-Big 12 selection in both 2023 and 2024 and was invited to the Reese’s Senior Bowl following his final season. Additionally, Rogers received an invitation to the NFL Scouting Combine, highlighting his potential at the professional level.
Following the 2025 NFL Draft, Rogers was selected by the Buffalo Bills in the seventh round (No. 228 overall). Scouts have praised his physical attributes, including his hulking frame and play strength, which allow him to effectively stonewall bull rushes and create vertical push in the run game. His ability to process complex defensive fronts and maintain a stout anchor in pass protection adds to his appeal. While there are areas for improvement, such as athleticism and hand placement, Rogers' versatility and mauler mentality make him a promising prospect for the Bills' offensive line depth.
