Aireontae Ersery Bio

Aireontae Ersery is a powerful and versatile offensive lineman who played for the Minnesota Golden Gophers before entering the 2025 NFL Draft. Standing 6'6" and weighing 331 pounds, Ersery was a three-year starter at left tackle, starting 38 consecutive games over his last three seasons. In 2024, he earned First-Team All-Big Ten honors and was named the Big Ten Rimington-Pace Offensive Lineman of the Year, becoming the first Gopher to receive this award since 2005. Pro Football Focus (PFF) ranked him as the No. 3 offensive lineman in the Big Ten and the No. 18 tackle nationally, noting that he allowed just one sack and one quarterback hit in 398 opportunities during the 2024 season.

Following his standout college career, Ersery was selected by the Houston Texans with the 48th overall pick in the second round of the 2025 NFL Draft. praise Ersery's strenghts include his size, strength, and improved awareness, and he can potentially contribute immediately as a starting tackle. However, some concerns include his need to refine his hand placement and footwork at the professional level.
