Baylor’s tight end Michael Trigg shows rare length and positional versatility at the NFL Combine.
Michael Trigg brought some serious physical intrigue to the 2026 NFL Combine. While he didn’t log any numbers during the official drills, he skipped the 40-yard dash and all. Trigg did however turn heads with and 84 3/8-inch wingspan, which ranks as longest ever measured at tight end giving him an enormous catch radius that can create mismatches at the next level.
His blend of size, receiving production, and rare length helped reinforce his profile as a versatile, seam stretching receiving tight end. Trigg’s combine week performance likely keeps him in the conversation as an intriguing Day 2 draft target and may be the of the top tight ends off the board.
